I created Lōkahi Integrative Health because I wanted the freedom to care for people the way I believe they deserve to be cared for.
Over the years, I saw how difficult it had become for many older adults and their families to navigate an increasingly complex healthcare system. Appointments often felt too short. Questions went unanswered. Important pieces of a person's story could easily be overlooked.
I wanted to create something different.

Membership allows me to care for a smaller number of individuals and families, giving me the time to listen, build lasting relationships, and provide thoughtful, proactive care. It's healthcare built around people—not productivity.
Membership is designed to provide ongoing support, continuity, and a trusted healthcare relationship. Depending on your individual needs, membership may include:

Ongoing home-based primary care visits

One-Time Enrollment Fee

Review of your medical history and available records
A comprehensive initial home visit
Development of your personalized care plan
Time dedicated to understanding your health, goals, and priorities
Monthly Membership
$250*/month
Your monthly membership supports ongoing home-based primary care, communication between visits, care coordination, and the time needed to provide personalized, relationship-based care.
Membership fees are not billed to Medicare or commercial insurance. You may continue to use Medicare or other insurance for covered services such as specialist visits, hospital care, laboratory testing, imaging, medications, home health, hospice, and other eligible healthcare services.
*Membership fees to not include Hawai’i General Excise Tax (GET). GET will be added at the fee rate in effect at the time of billing.
